Who We Are

Specialist Rock Engineering & Geotechnical Contractor

Dutch Contracting Company (DCC) is a specialist Design & Build contractor delivering integrated rock engineering, slope stabilization and geotechnical construction solutions across the UAE and GCC.

As the rock engineering specialist within Dutch Foundation Group, DCC combines multidisciplinary engineering, purpose-built equipment and experienced field teams — from geological assessment and detailed design through construction, testing and long-term maintenance.

Established in 2018 as a specialized rock engineering contractor, building on group engineering operations originating in Dubai in 1998, we deliver integrated turnkey solutions across strategic mountain highways, railway corridors, and vital UAE infrastructure assets.

Our integrated single-team delivery ensures every stabilization design is thoroughly constructable, safe at height, and engineered to withstand severe slope geometry and challenging terrain reaching up to 125 metres.

Multidisciplinary Engineering & Technical Team

Engineering and technical operations are led from within — supported by in-house engineering geology, geotechnical design, specialist plant operations, qualified rope access, survey, and quality control functions.

Engineering Geology & Discontinuity Analysis

On-face geological mapping, kinematic stereographic analysis, rockfall trajectory modelling and structural ground characterisation.

Geotechnical Design & Stabilization Engineering

Design of permanent rock bolt patterns, post-tensioned cable anchors, reinforced shotcrete facings, and flexible rockfall barriers.

Specialist Plant & High-Cut Operations

Operation of high-reach crane-suspended drill platforms, crawler drill rigs, and pneumatic shotcrete equipment on slopes up to 125m.

Specialist Rope Access & Remedial Works

Qualified dual-rope scaling crews, loose block trimming, high-angle anchoring, and rapid post-storm hazard mitigation.

Topographic Survey & Drone Photogrammetry

High-resolution drone 3D slope scanning, setting out, surface comparison, and precise as-built engineering records.

QA/QC, Testing & Certification

Grout cube compressive testing, anchor proof load verification, shotcrete core flexural toughness, and formal handover documentation.

HSEQ

Safety, Quality & Delivery Assurance

Dedicated HSE leadership, qualified field teams and disciplined inspection, testing and documentation processes support safe and consistent delivery.
